The Open Banking Implementation Entity was created by the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority to establish software standards and industry guidelines that drive competition and innovation in UK retail banking.

Synima were asked to produce video and animation content to support the government’s 2018 Open Banking initiative. This involved coordinating a series of in-depth interviews with key people within ten of the challenger banks, at various locations across the UK. The videos are used on the Open Banking website to inform viewers how apps and websites are transforming the world of money.
